Privacy policy

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website through Cloudflare Workers with static assets. The website consists of static files, with no application server or database. Cloudflare processes the following data for each request:

• IP address.
• Date and time of the request.
• Requested URL.
• Browser user agent.
• Referrer URL, if the browser sends it.
• Country derived from the IP address.

These data support website delivery, protection against attacks and abuse, including DDoS protection and security checks, and start-page language routing. Requests to / are redirected to a language version using the country supplied in Cloudflare’s cf-ipcountry header. That country is not stored.

Where GDPR applies, the legal basis for delivery and security is Article 6(1)(f): the legitimate interests in making the website available and protecting it against abuse. Cloudflare’s processing is described in its Privacy Policy.

Further details are available in Cloudflare’s cookie documentation. No analytics, tracking or advertising tools are used. Pages load no resources from third parties and contain no embedded third-party content.

You can contact SmgTev at tevezmc32@gmail.com through an email link; there is no contact form. Correspondence is handled using Google LLC’s Gmail service, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.

Where GDPR applies, answering emails relies on Article 6(1)(b) when necessary for a contract or steps requested before a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) for the legitimate interest in responding to other enquiries.

The controller is established in UA, outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Hosting and email services also involve providers whose processing may take place outside the EEA.

Cloudflare relies on its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; its Data Processing Addendum incorporates the Standard Contractual Clauses where a transfer requires them. See Cloudflare’s GDPR information.

Google LLC has certified adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (incl. Swiss-U.S. DPF and UK Extension). See Google’s data transfer frameworks. These statements concern the providers’ safeguards, not a certification of SmgTev.

The website itself stores no personal data. Its Worker does not write request logs, and Workers Logs are not enabled. Cloudflare processes request data as the hosting provider under its own terms. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up; SmgTev has not set a fixed deletion period.

Where GDPR applies, Articles 15–21 provide rights subject to their applicable conditions. You may:

• Request access to your personal data and correction of inaccurate data.
• Request erasure or restriction of processing.
• Request data portability where that right applies.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation.

If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Send rights requests to tevezmc32@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
